This is absolutely not true, the only way you can get on top in 5 minutes is through adwords only(paid option). But if you want to be on top in organic section, you have to know about SEO, and it requires much more time than 1-2 hours.

Exactly…. That’s what I did… and it took months of long days/wknds. Subscribing to sites, creating real/legit accounts. Putting up real legit content/bios/pics/videos/blogs/etc. I did that last summer, & it worth it. Now my sites are all still there, & if I put up something new to them, they already have tons of good links, & they show up pretty quick in Google. If you’re just blackhat spamming TG works wonders. If you want good quality content that will stick, you have to do work.

You’ll only get a page one listing if your keywords aren’t popular. They entice you with a $1 fee but you have to put your bank details in so if you forget about it after 30 days they charge your card around $100.

First, it’s impossible to get to the top of Google so soon, let alone 1 hour.
Second, these techniques are blackhat, they just spam sites to get all your spam pages to the top of Google, but Google will eventually catch on, and will delete the spam pages TrafficGeyser generated.
For a good lasting/permanent top Google listing, you need to do hard work, and it takes some time, at least a year.
